Website Terms of Service

The terms governing use of the Become the Answer website.

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Become the Answer ("Become the Answer," "we," "us," or "our") at becometheanswer.org (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Become the Answer. You can contact us at bjorn.vandemeulebroucke@gmail.com or 3111 E Community Drive, Jupiter, FL 33458 (also listed as 33459 in earlier drafts — Bjorn to confirm the correct ZIP before launch).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these Terms; copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content except as expressly permitted; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Site; or misuse the Site to infringe others' rights or to distribute malware or spam.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, the AI Answer Index™, graphics, logos, and the Become the Answer brand, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Purchases, payments and booking

Where the Site offers products, sessions, or bookings (for example, a book, course, or workshop), prices are shown at the point of sale and may change. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by purchasing you also agree to their terms. Bookings and cancellations are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights, including any cooling-off or refund rights, apply and are not affected by these Terms.

6. Email and newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter or a lead magnet, you consent to receive related emails. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control, including the videos and podcasts featured in the Library. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and links are not endorsements.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. AEO, search, and visibility outcomes depend on third-party engines and factors outside our control, and we make no guarantee of any specific result. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. This section does not affect a consumer's non-excludable statutory rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory protections, you retain the benefit of those mandatory rights and the courts of your place of residence to the extent required by law.
